As you know, Bure Valley School is part of the Norfolk Children’s University’s Passport to Learning. As a school, we have to ensure that all work we give stickers for has met the Children’s University standards. We will offer support and advice throughout and ask you to encourage your children to be patient whilst they learn what their work should include to gain a sticker.
The Children’s University is relatively new to Norfolk, although in other parts of the country it is better established, and we anticipate many more organisations taking it up as they recognise the demand and the benefits. If you know of groups that may be interested, do encourage them to contact us and we’ll support them in putting together their application.
43 children were invited to attend this year’s graduation at the University of East Anglia, with achievements ranging from National Bronze (30 hours) to a Gold Degree (a fantastic 400 hours!).
