Our school is made up eight classes across key stage two. We name each class after countries from around the world. We encourage pupils to find out more about their adopted country.
Our classes are taught by a mixture of full time and part time teachers. Each year group has access to a teaching assistant and classroom assistant to support teaching and learning.
We have to higher level teaching assistant (HLTAs) who teach PE and Art across the school when covering teacher release time. Our HLTAs also cover any teacher absence.
At lunch times all our children are supervised by members of the leadership team, midday meal supervisor and classroom assistants.
In addition, the school has a pastoral leader who is available to support children and their families.
The organisation of the classes changes from year to year depending on the size of the cohort and the level of need.
