The Children's University offers 5 to 14 year olds exciting, high-quality learning activities and experiences outside normal school hours. The aims of the Children’s University are to encourage young people to make full use of the breadth of learning opportunities outside the school day, to help children become life-long learners and to increase their skills, knowledge and self-confidence.

All children at Bure Valley School receive a ‘Passport to Learning’ for the Norfolk Children’s University and can achieve credits towards Norfolk and national awards. Children receive certificates from Norfolk Children’s University and can graduate from the National Children’s University through the University of East Anglia.
