Quality of Education
  • To deliver effective CPD to support high quality teaching, staff subject knowledge and curriculum design
  • To ensure assessment and feedback impacts positively on learning
  • To develop a coherent curriculum that reflects our values
  • To use the high quality resources, trips and visitors to support learning
  • To embed Maths Mastery, vocabulary teaching & whole class guided reading
  • To increase academic progress in reading, writing and maths
  • To increase percentage of pupils achieving the higher standard in maths
  • To accelerate the progress of pupils at risk of underperformance
  • To provide high quality home learning support material for pupils and parents to access
Behaviour & Attitude
  • To engage with all parents and carers
  • To ensure pupils feel they have a voice and a say in how our school is run
  • To ensure our most vulnerable pupils have access to effective nurture support
  • To use SIMs Parent App to give parents & carers daily updates about their child’s behaviour, attitude and attendance
  • To reduce the number of persistent absentees and improve school attendance
  • To ensure pupils feel safe and happy in school
Personal Development
  • To give Pupil Leaders opportunities to lead in their roles, and to help shape a positive school culture
  • To develop pupils emotional resilience; teaching children how to self-regulate and accept failure as part of learning
