The Friends of Bure Valley School (FOBS)

The Friends of Bure Valley School Association was set up during the Autumn Term of 2001, and membership of this Association is automatic for all parents and teachers of the school, and is open to members of the local Aylsham community who might wish to join the Association.

The objectives of the Association are to advance the education of the Pupils of the School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for Education at the School (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority) as ancillary thereto and in furtherance of this objective the Association may:

• Foster more extended relationships between Staff, Parents and others
• Engage in activities, which support the School and advance the education of the pupils attending it.

Various ‘Friends’ events are arranged throughout the year. These can include Christmas plays, music concerts, sports day, book fairs and Christmas/Easter events.

The A.G.M. of the Friends of Bure Valley School Association for this year will be held early in the Autumn Term. If you have an interest in helping to support the pupils of the school please come along and join the committee.
