Governance

Bure Valley School became part of Aylsham Learning Federation, alongside Aylsham High School, in July 2016. John of Gaunt Infant and Nursery School joined the Federation in March 2018.

All three schools operate under one governing board.

The Governing Board has a large number of legal responsibilities, the most significant being to support and challenge the leadership teams at all three schools and the nursery to ensure children, and young people reach their full potential, intellectually, physically, spiritually and ethically.

Our Governing Board is structured into committees that meet a minimum of three times a year and who feed into full governing board and steering group meetings.
